Become a Jewellery CAD Designer with Professional Mentoring

The Jewellery CAD Design Mentoring program is designed for individuals who are keen to not only build their skills as a jewellery CAD designer, but also their understanding of building a business and what it takes to develop and release a jewellery collection.

By the end of the mentoring programme, the student will have created two things: one collection perfectly tailored to your target market, and a brand with matching visual identity that is well-suited to support the promotion and sale of that collection.

The mentoring program consists of a series of either short courses or one-to-one private tuition based on an agreed-upon comprehensive training plan developed based on your individual training needs.

Prerequisites

Before undertaking professional skills mentoring, I recommend all students already have some prior learning and/or experience with jewellery design and jewellery making, even if it is only short courses. Prior experience with retail is even better. For those lacking in those skills I will refer them to an affiliate trainer whom I know can deliver that training in person.

How jewellery CAD mentoring works

Step 1

You contact me, expressing a desire for mentorship. Ideally, you can also tell me what you already know and what you'd like to achieve.

Step 2

We have a discussion over either email, Whatsapp, or video call, where we conduct a skills gap analysis to determine the training and activities needed to get you to your goal. Based upon this, I can recommend a combination of short courses or private tuition to cover your training needs.

Step 3

If you're happy with the recommended course of action, we agree dates and arrange payment.

Step 4

We start training!
