Bespoke Innovations’ Custom Designed Prosthetic Limbs

It seems the more I research into 3D printed items worn on the body, the more I seem to discover about prosthetic (artificial) limb manufacturers.

One particularly interesting American company I’ve recently discovered was Bespoke Innovations, who specialise in custom designed prosthetic limbs and limb coverings (or as they call them “farings”).

Back in 2012, CNN in America did a feature on them:

It makes for a fantastic application of CAD/CAM design for the body, their approach to bespoke provides an interesting example of how to provide highly personal bespoke design to suit a customer’s lifestyle, and the results are potentially life changing in a positive way. What’s not to like?
