Is it possible to make an object move in Matrix currently?
Hi Sonia:
As of 7.5, there is the basic Animation Builder and the Advanced Animation Builder. With the basic version, you only move the camera either in a circle or to follow a path. This is sufficient for simple animated scenes.
For the Advanced Animation Builder, there is some allowance for basic transformations with objects while the camera moves, but it’s a tricky interface.

and what about 8 version
You mean version 9, yes?
This post is rather old, I’m afraid. We’re now on version 9. The animation builder has seen some improvements though. Perhaps I’ll post about that when I get a chance.
